This program is specially run for all Std X students in Pune Cantonment Board Schools over 400 students benefit from this program every year.  The students come from disturbed family and residential surroundings. They see a lot of domestic violence at home and brawls in the slums where they live. Further, 15% of the boys work as newspaper and milk delivery boys while the girls work at home or wash cars before reaching school. Their agitated mental state can be imagined. Through meditation they become grounded and ready to receive their lessons every morning.
